Belgium & Holland

Our journey continues from London to Amsterdam & Volendam but before that we stopped at Belgium to taste the famous Belgian Chocolate!!
Come and follow me :)

We continue our journey witnessing the beautiful country-side of Belgium in our way headed to Holland for overnight. We cannot sleep at all that night because both were very excited thinking of the magnificent display of colorful tulips at Keukenhof Tulip Farm :) And yes we were very happy that morning when we arrived at the farm, the view was superb and indescribable !!

Keukenhof includes many gardens and four grand pavilions that show the most magnificent flowers you can imagine. Every year, Keukenhof creates a complete new look according to a central theme. Everywhere you look are tulips and other flowers. Though the park is only opened 8 weeks a year it attracts around 800.000 visitors each year. It is without a doubt the best place to see tulips in Holland

Moreover, Keukenhof is a park where more than 7 million flower bulbs are planted every year. Gardens and four pavilions show a fantastic collection of: tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, orchids, roses, carnations, irises, lilies and many other flowers. You will be overwhelmed by a spectacle of colors and perfumes

As we know, Tulips from Holland are world famous. If you want to see the Dutch tulip fields in bloom, you should visit Holland in April and May. This is the same period in which the biggest flower park in the world, Keukenhof, opens its doors. Wasnt it so amazing and beautiful!!??

After spending heaven time at the farm, we then spent our entire evening at the city of Amsterdam.

Despite being a small cities in the world, Amsterdam is one of the greatest. From Amsterdam canals to world-famous Amsterdam museum and historical Amsterdam sights, it is one of the most romantic and beautiful cities in Europe. Canal cruises are a popular way to see the city from the perspective of its canals

Very efficient tramp that could bring you any where you want to go around the city

A must go spot for us as HRC collector :)

If u dont have any picture at this particular 'I AMSTERDAM' then you were not here at all hahaha. It was so difficult to capture without having anyone else as the background :(

This is Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, one of the world's great museums, was reopened in April 2013 by HM Queen Beatrix prior to the accession of Her son Willem-Alexander as the King of the Netherlands. The Rijksmuseum with its magnificent exhibit of more than 8000 works, including those of masters Rembrandt, Vermeer and Rubens, is today one of Amsterdam must-see attractions.

Amazingly the number of canals have led this city to become known as “The Venice of the North”. And thus, Amsterdam tourism trip is not complete without a boat cruise on these well known attractions in Amsterdam. The four main city center canals are Prinsengracht, Herengracht, Keizersgracht and Singel. There are also numerous smaller canals in the neighbourhood of Jordaan, of which the Brouwersgracht, the Bloemgracht and the Leliegracht are especially pleasant. If you like boats there is also a large upcoming event about historical sail ships called Amsterdam Sail

The most famous french fries stall in Amsterdam..yummmyyy

In the end we found that Amsterdam is one of unique and beautiful place either for a traveler or if you made your mind to permanently stay here :))
